Terms of use

The service

PuzRush offers classic puzzles, Battle Royale games, friends, rankings and profiles. The game is in beta. Rules and features may evolve; a network connection is needed to record official results.

Account and security

You can create a PuzRush account without Google or ChatGPT. Choose your own password, keep your recovery code private and use a respectful display name. Do not share access with another player. The publisher must complete age requirements, support and suspension or appeal procedures.

Fair play and rankings

Every player in a round receives the same image, pieces, shuffle and start. The server decides times, progress and qualification. Cheating, forged events, automated competitive gameplay and lobby disruption are prohibited. Competitive games require accounts and no bots; forfeits can lose Elo.

Personal images

Upload only images you have the right to use. Uploads stay private and are used in classic puzzles. Illegal content, rights violations or content exposing other people’s private information is not allowed. Reporting is described on the Contact & reports page.

Points and shop

Points are earned by playing and spent on profile cosmetics. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash and provide no puzzle advantage. No real-money payment or paid subscription is currently offered. A paid offer would require separate sales terms before launch.

Boosters and puzzle credits

Free boosters recharge every five minutes, with up to fifteen stored. Each opening grants five pieces; the last is at least rare and has a rarity equal to or higher than earlier pieces. The active catalogue contains 50 artworks; previously acquired pieces remain saved when the selection changes. Puzzle credits are separate from game points and intended for future top-ups. No payment or credit purchase is currently enabled.

Availability and applicable rights

Interruptions or connection loss may prevent a game from finishing. Reconnection rules are enforced by the server. This template does not remove mandatory user rights. The publisher must complete its identity, applicable law and complaint procedures before finalising these terms.
